A stainless steel make pulveriser works on the principle of grinding materials due to impact between swing hammers and fixed serrated liners. Different ayurvedic materials fed to the pulveriser feeding tray which enters the grinding chamber and gets powdered. The finely powdered material will be carried with the air pressure through the air classifier and blower to the cyclone separator. 
Applications: 
Suitable for many of the ayurvedic materials like barks, seeds, roots, leaves, churans, herbal formulations, sugar based ayurvedic mixture etc. 
Capacity: 
Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. These machines are manufactured in both mild steel and in stainless steel contact parts, grade SS 304 or SS 316. 
Eg: Minimum capacity starts with 25 Kg/hour to maximum capacity 1000 Kg/hour.
